As you know, annual system maintenance is recommended by manufacturers, utility companies and industry leaders.  This will extend the life of your air conditioning and heating system, reducing your utility bills and avoiding any unsafe operating conditions or even costly breakdowns.

Service – Inspection - Cleaning

You get a semiannual tune up on your air conditioning and heating system plus emergency service for breakdowns, significant discounts on repairs, system upgrades and replacements.  Most importantly, you will be taken care of when the weather changes because your system is ready to keep your family cool in the summer and warm in the cold winter months.

Here is a summary of the benefits for systems under the S-I Preventative Service Agreement:

• We perform a detailed service, inspection and cleaning on your system, two times per year. (Unless otherwise stated.)
• Any repair is covered by a one year warranty.
• You will have emergency service available on a preferential basis.
• Plan S-I Preventative Service customers are entitled to a 10% discount on repairs for systems under the service.
• Your system will be cleaned to assure safe and efficient operation.
• Your system will be thoroughly inspected with a written report on its condition.
