Premium Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing

Our premium service provides complete H.V.A.C system decontamination in accordance with the national air duct cleaning association (N.A.D.C.A.) “source removal” methods.

Using our turbo jet 3200, Hepa vac, cobra rotary brush system and various air sweep jet heads run by high pressure air source, we decontaminate the entire air duct system.  The contaminants are dislodged and removed by the high velocity turbo jet 3200 and contained.  In return it provides “hospital grade” air back to your home.  This ensures full cleanliness in the air you breathe because there is nothing more important than your health.

After the air duct system has been thoroughly cleaned we treat the entire system with an EPA approved anti-microbial to kill bacteria and retard the growth of fungus that causes mold and mildew in your ductwork.  The system is also treated with an odor neutralizer and soot set.

Our premium service also includes:

• Cleaning and servicing the blower assembly
• Removal and cleaning of all registers and grills
• Cleaning interior and exterior unit cabinets
• Replacement and/or sealing of all interior liners
• Cleaning any or all non ducted return air cavities
• Complete written report of system operation and safety
• Clean and sanitize evaporator coil and clean condensate drain.  Install algaecide strip if applicable.

Video inspection is also available (for additional cost) before and after cleaning (during if requested).

Additional costs may be incurred if evaporative coil must be removed from system.
